SEO Manager
Role Overview
We are looking for an SEO Manager who can take ownership of search visibility across our web presence. This role calls for someone who can balance technical insight, content direction, and performance analysis while working closely with design, development, and marketing stakeholders.
What You’ll Work On
Lead search strategy across content, technical SEO, and performance improvements that help the right audience find Enfixo.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and manage SEO strategy across service pages, product pages, blogs, and supporting content.
- Identify keyword opportunities and align search intent with site structure and content priorities.
- Audit and improve on-page, technical, and internal linking performance across the website.
- Work with content and design teams to improve search visibility without compromising clarity or user experience.
- Monitor rankings, traffic trends, and search performance and translate findings into actionable improvements.
- Support ongoing optimization through reporting, experimentation, and focused recommendations.
Requirements
- Proven experience managing SEO strategy and execution for websites with multiple service or product offerings.
- Strong understanding of on-page SEO, technical SEO, content optimization, and search performance analysis.
- Ability to work confidently with developers, writers, and marketers in a collaborative environment.
- Comfort using SEO tools and analytics platforms to guide decisions and report on performance.
- Strong analytical thinking with the ability to prioritize opportunities that can drive meaningful results.
- Clear communication and the ability to explain SEO work in practical business terms.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience working with B2B websites, software companies, or digital service businesses.
- Familiarity with content planning, conversion-focused landing pages, and technical implementation workflows.
- A thoughtful approach to balancing rankings, usability, and brand clarity.
