Role Overview

We are hiring a Senior Lead Generation Specialist to strengthen the top of our sales pipeline through focused research, smart targeting, and dependable prospect sourcing. This role suits someone who understands how to find the right decision-makers, segment audiences, and support outreach with clean, usable lead data.

Own prospecting quality, outreach preparation, and lead sourcing systems that help keep the pipeline active and relevant.

  • Build and maintain qualified prospect lists based on industry, company size, geography, and service fit.
  • Research decision-makers and gather accurate contact information from trusted sources.
  • Support outbound campaigns by preparing segmented lead lists and outreach context.
  • Review and improve lead quality standards so sales efforts stay focused on high-fit opportunities.
  • Track sourcing performance and report on lead volume, quality, and conversion patterns.
  • Work with internal stakeholders to continuously refine targeting criteria and campaign inputs.
  • Strong experience in lead generation, prospect research, or sales development support.
  • Excellent attention to detail and a disciplined approach to data quality.
  • Ability to work independently and manage recurring research and sourcing tasks efficiently.
  • Strong written communication and confidence in documenting findings clearly.
  • Comfort using spreadsheets, CRMs, and lead research tools in a remote workflow.
  • A practical understanding of B2B buying roles and how to identify relevant decision-makers.
  • Experience supporting agency, SaaS, or technology-focused business development teams.
  • Familiarity with enrichment tools, automation workflows, or list-building systems.
  • A process-oriented mindset with ideas for improving lead operations over time.
  • A remote full-time role with meaningful ownership over lead generation quality.
