Business Development Officer
Role Overview
We are looking for a Business Development Officer who can help expand Enfixo's reach by identifying opportunities, starting strong conversations, and building a healthy pipeline of potential clients. This role is ideal for someone who understands service-based selling, communicates clearly, and knows how to turn interest into meaningful next steps.
What You’ll Work On
Help drive new business opportunities by building relationships, identifying qualified prospects, and supporting growth-focused outreach.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and research potential clients, industries, and partnership opportunities aligned with Enfixo's services and products.
- Reach out to prospects through email, LinkedIn, calls, and other relevant channels with well-structured outreach.
- Qualify inbound and outbound opportunities before passing them into the next stage of the sales process.
- Coordinate closely with leadership to refine outreach direction, messaging, and market focus.
- Maintain accurate lead and pipeline records and share regular updates on progress and activity.
- Contribute to proposals, capability presentations, and early-stage client conversations when needed.
Requirements
- Proven experience in business development, client acquisition, or B2B sales.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to write and speak clearly and professionally.
- Comfortable researching prospects and building outreach lists independently.
- Ability to understand digital services, software solutions, and business use cases.
- Strong organizational habits and consistent follow-through across multiple opportunities.
- Experience using CRM or pipeline tracking tools is a plus.
Preferred Qualifications
- Previous experience working with software, digital agencies, or technology-focused companies.
- Confidence in handling discovery conversations and early-stage qualification.
- Familiarity with international outreach and remote collaboration.
